Guess where kids can learn best in the embrace of nature or experience unforgettable summer camps? In the heart of the Low Tatras, near the village of Partizánska Ľupča, with a lot of trees, forests, meadows and tourist trails around.

Magurka is a recently renewed high-standard tourist chalet located about 15 km from Partizánska Ľupča, in the very heart of the Low Tatras, with beautiful trees, forests, meadows and mountain brooks around. Magurka is the perfect choice for learning in nature, tailored for all age groups and even demanding clients.

Our chalet can accommodate a whole class, which makes it ideal for learning in nature or school trips. We can promise great food and fresh air that will tire all persistent corridor night runners and put them to sleep. In front of the chalet, there is a big meadow with a playground and nature where kids use mobile phones only for taking pictures. We would never dare to write that teachers can have a rest in our chalet but they will feel fine with us for sure.

  • Supervisors (1 adult per 10 kids) + their school paramedic for free
  • Accommodation for 5 days/4 nights (chalet capacity – 54 beds)
  • Meals 5 times a day for school groups and 3 times a day for kid’s camps
  • Fluid intake all day long
  • Common rooms and an outdoor playground at disposal
  • A reward for every supervisor in the form of a voucher (a break at the Magurka chalet including breakfast for the whole family: 2 adults and 2-3 kids)

If you wish, we can arrange organised activities for the afternoon.

The price is different for smaller groups.

The activities are focused on traditional elements of the Liptov region and creativity-boosting games outside and indoors. The programme is organised by our partner company FUNSPORT www.funsport.sk and other associates.

  • Photo shooting day (report-like form) e.g. during day activities (from breakfast to the end of the day)

  • Photo shooting afternoon – a short presentation about photographing followed by photo shooting at a wall painted by the kids
